it is Saturday morning now and I am still trying to get my old blog up with my new posts...it just isn't working (big sigh)...I like this new name they gave my blog so I might just keep it and start this as another blog...yikes I get frustrated with this stuff!!! Now I will see if this shows up.

Here I am again....finally....I have been so bad not posting and I aplogize...I have had a lot going on since my last post and just didn't feel like posting but now I am back to my creative world and eager to share and get going again.

Since my last post we have adopted a little dog by the name of Pepito.  Poor little man was caged for 7 years in a puppy mill and didn't know how to walk on a leash or even go up and down stairs.  He was badly abused and although he came to us (his forever home Thanksgiving weekend ) he still has a long way to go.  He is eating from our hands (he loves treats) and sitting on the floor between my hubby and myself (we are on the sofa of course)...and he'll come up and kiss us on the hand and the back of our legs when we are standing still.

He still won't let anyone pat him or pick him up if he can get away; but these are things that will take time and he will overcome I'm sure...he is adorable and we love him to death.  He has learned a lot from following our granddog Tucker as Tucker comes over to spend every day with us when Mom and Dad are at work and Pepito follows him around and just loves him...our cats? well he tolerates them...
